美食第三帖--麻婆豆腐
原料:嫩豆腐,五花肉(正宗应该是牛肉,没买到,凑合吧)、裨县豆瓣、姜蒜葱,花椒、粉芡,盐、味精、花椒面(图中玻璃瓶装者),按正宗做法还应该有蒜苗,我个人不大喜欢,就免了

下豆腐,翻匀,烧。关于是否加水,有人认为要加少量水,我个人不喜欢加,油多一点即可,而且豆腐本身在加热中会出来一部分水。%X+r.y5B A`
