豆醬蒸魚

材料:鯧魚一条,豆醬四茶匙,细姜絲三分一碗,细葱絲四分一碗,料酒二匙,味精与酱油各一点.(@ob^tR`f

制作:用盐将魚微醃去腥,十分钟後冲洗乾淨抹干水.放料酒,豆酱,味精抹匀魚全身再醃三十分钟.另置一碟,放一半姜絲于碟底,放魚与豆酱醃料于姜絲之上,再放另一半姜絲于魚之上,隔水大火蒸八分钟,熄火不打开蓋.热油锅放三匙油,放葱絲与一点酱油在魚上,再淋热油倒在魚上即可出菜…
