[原料]鸡胸肉1块 米半碗 紫菜一片 虾皮1大勺 盐 糖 白醋 油 麻油Hfi-B.r8j@

3,锅中放麻油烧热放入虾皮煸至颜色变深变脆;

鸡胸肉易老,味酸,感觉不处理就直接做,味道不一定好.
