四川冷吃兔
材料:鲜兔肉250克,姜,大葱,料酒,辣椒,酱油,糖,醋,味精适量

1.先把兔子肉去骨切成2厘米见方的丁;8s

5.放油进锅子里,油辣了放八角大料进去呛锅,油要多放些,能没过兔子肉最好。下兔肉进去。翻几下,不让肉沾锅。%B&q+B4r@!sa c
往里放酱油把刚才挑出来的姜片葱段下锅翻两下。
